Mireya’s passion for helping others started early in her life. As a former banking associate and tax preparer, she was constantly relied upon for her knowledge and advice. As many of her clients owned real estate, she saw that there was a lack of trustworthy and knowledgeable advisors in that field. Many of her clients encouraged her to obtain her real estate license and assist them in their real estate needs. In 2006, Mireya obtained her real estate license and has been in real estate full time ever since. Her wealth of knowledge in the tax and financial fields has separated her from the average realtor. She has delivered the dream of American homeownership to many satisfied clients.
As Mireya has progressed through the real estate industry, she has seen how technology is shaping how Realtors market and sell homes to the new generation of buyers. She has developed unique and custom marketing programs for each home she sells. She has also seen how effective technology is for seeing market trends and changes. By being on top of these changes, she can inform her clients of market changes that could affect one’s portfolio.
